The above representative agrees to provide an established discount to be determined by the participating business, extended to all members of District 70, International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (Union) holding a valid membership card. The discount(s) offered and any restrictions that may apply are as follows:

The Union agrees to promote the discount described above to its members. Either party can terminate this Agreement, at any time after giving the other party a 30-day notice. The undersigned understands that this Agreement will remain in effect until (end date, stated below) unless such written notice of termination is given by either party.
